Our History
After 10 years in industry, we decided to alter direction. Now, we share our passion by helping others. Our founder selected the name of SMUP from being inspired by his younger daughter who was told to stop sucking her thumb and in response would say "Daddy I want to s-mup my thumb". The innocence and humility of youth is fundamental to our principles of being:

We have worked for some multi-national and conglomerates during work in industry to be able to have a good understanding of what is required on all both sides of the fence and in particular ensuring any work causes minimal disruption when implementing a new management system while taking the company on the journey together
